It'll be dramatic, but you should carefully line your lids with a black liquid liner. The thicker (within reason) the line, the smaller your eyes look. Angle the corners up and away, which will elongate it. Think mod but without the checked corner. A darker shade of shadow will also make your eyes smaller, but it's the corner that will make it look more asian.

1. Apply concealer across your eyelids, and most importantly, under your eyes. You want a less ';defined'; upper and lower lip, so be generous on the concealer.
Asian eyes have a lot of ';fatty tissue'; in our eye lids, and around our eyes.. so keep that in mind when experimenting with makeup techniques.
2. At the inner corner of your eye (the tear duct) apply just a touch of beige or white(a color slightly lighter than your skin tone), to lift the eyes.
3. Line your upper lid only, with liquid eyeliner. This will ';close in'; your eyes, and make them seem slightly smaller and lift them up all at the same time.
Use a dark-black liner, depending on your hair and skin tone, and thinly line your upper lids, while sweeping out and up (winging) just slightly. Not too much, it will look over done.
4. Coat your lashes with Mascara. Curling your lashes will make your eyes seem bigger, but you might want to risk that, in this case.
5. Finish with a little gold eye shadow.
6. Top everything off with a little blush and a bit of bronzer.

For example there is one of Lisa Marie Presley and she looks just like Marilyn Monroe, The artist is Awesome! And he shows you step by step exactly how to create all different looks. He does have many asian looks in there, I'm sure you will find the best most professional way of applying your eye makeup to create the look your going for in this book. Good luck!

my eyes are very similar to that picture, and i also love asain eyes. use a black liquid liner on your top lashes, and extend it out a bit winging it up. under the part that wings out in the outer corner, put a bit of a shimmery/translucent shadow to highlight it. line the bottom with black and dont make it too thin.. use a a eyeshadow thats at least two shades lighter than your foundation for your whole eyelids, and dont put any darker shades in the crease. hope it helps!
* you can also leave the bottom without eyeliner.
Try extending the eye liner a little and not opening your eyes as much most asian women look like their eyes are not fully open, i know my wife is japanese.
Use a black pencil eyeliner and color in the indide of your top and bottom eyelids
Try putting on a thin line of eye shadow under your bottom lashes. Go easy on liner. Use bright colors.
Also try lime green eyeshadow with brown eyeliner.
Why you want them to look smaller or Asian like? You have pretty eyes you just have to give them a little make up:)
Black eye liner can make a big difference.
Lining your eyes in black will make them look smaller if you do it right.
I would use a liquid black eyeliner (which takes practice) and go for a cat eye like look.
if you wan tto look aksian then you have to have black eyeshadow on your eyelids or a dark color and then ahve black eyeliner around your eye to make your eyes smaller. oh and wear bright colors.
You are who you are. Why try to change what cannot be changed? We can't change the fact that we are too short or too tall or what our features are. Be yourself. Good Luck
eyeliner dont make your eyes look cat like, people are born with cat eyes. if you want your eyes to look like that have a professional work with them, ( makeup professional)
I would use black shadow on the entire upper lid and then black liquid eyeliner to create a cat eye effect.

i think your eyes are quite nice and most people would love to have big eyes.
So leave them as they are, dont try making them look small with make up!!
try to elongate your eyes.
make you eye liner long and thin across your top lid, even extend it past your eye
your eyes are fine don't try to make yourself look like someone else.
use eye liner above your lashes
with a light sketch of black eyeliner, only put it at the corner of your eyes
