I haven't run into any at all. I am quite interested too. I too have really small double eyelids and I usually youtube ';asian makeup'; or ';asian eyes';. Its a whole lot cheaper to youtube something than go out and buy a book about it, and also you get step-by-step instruction visually by putting the video on pause with each step. A lot of girls on there emphasize the cat-eye look, which is a good look for asian eyes. You should try it if you haven't already. Also there are probably videos on how to apply eyeshadow and techniques and colors that will emphasize our eyes.
