also if you have single eyelids you could use eyelid glue or tape
fake eyelashes are good too

Always curl your lashes
Dont forget about applying mascara to the bottom lashes! People say you shouldnt...its a lie.
Lash extentions are awesome!
Dont wear too much dark makeup, the heavier you go with the darker shades the smaller your eyes with look so stick to lighter shades a neutrals.
Liquid eye liner is also good for making your eyes look bigger, using a sweep of liner across the top of the lids and extending it out about half a centimetre further than your eyelid to create a flick.

dont wear eyeliner cause eyeliner makes your eyes look smaller but you should wear mascara cause it makes your eyes look fuller
