Depending on how golden your skin is I'd avoid colors like blue, pale pink, and brightly colored greens. Purple always looks good. If you use eyeliner, line only the top lid since trying to line your eye all around can make it look really small.

put lengthening mascara and use an eyelash curler to help bring out eyes. since us asian girl's eyes aren't so big. and use liquid eyeliner on the top lashline to make it really pop :) using a green eyeshadow(medium colour) to bring out our brown eyes. a little bronzer if you're pale and just a bit of blush if you're not lol. and some flirty pnik lipgloss!
