Makeup like farpop/asian people?

I want to know how to do makeup like those models on farpop etc.


but without using contact lenses. please help, links, videos anything.

white eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes from the corner closest to your nose and stopping half way to the other corner of your eyes, with black eyeliner on the rest of your eyes and mascara and/or fake eyelashes to finish.
